23rd Edition of Geeth Gaatha Chal: Doctors to present Musical Nite at Kalamandira on Jan. 5

The cultural city of Mysuru is abuzz with excitement as it eagerly awaits the 23rd Edition of ‘Geeth Gaatha Chal,’ the most popular musical nite by doctors and their family members.
Scheduled to be held at Kalamandira auditorium on Hunsur Road in city on Jan. 5 (Sunday) from 5 pm to 9 pm, this much-anticipated event will be inaugurated by chief guest Dr. K.R. Dakshayani, Dean and Director of Mysore Medical College and Research Institute (MMC&RI).
‘Geeth Gaatha Chal’ has become a cherished tradition in Mysuru celebrated for its unique concept of bringing together doctors and their family members to present a mesmerising musical extravaganza. With karaoke renditions of super-hit Hindi and Kannada film songs, the programme resonates deeply with audiences of all ages, taking them on a delightful journey through the golden era of Indian cinema.
Since its inception, the musical nite has been sponsored by the benevolent Dr. M. Jagannath Shenoy, a visionary entrepreneur and his wife Mrs. Kusuma Shenoy.
